Exhibition Micromachine/MEMS, is renamed “Nano Micro Biz” gathering Micro Nano fabrication technology, devices and solutions from around the world

Exhibition Micromachine/MEMS, a leading force in Japan’s nano-micro industry, has been renamed “Nano Micro Biz”, offering a new vision into micro-fabrication technology, devices and solutions at the 2013 edition. Founded as “Industrial Micromachine Exhibition” in the 1990’s, the fair has grown dramatically to become “Exhibition Micromachine/MEMS”, and has advanced together with the development of microprocessing technology in Japan. Micro and Nano fabrication are becoming more important key technologies for manufacturing MEMS, bio and medical equipments. MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) as well as Micro processing and fabrication systems have a wide range of applications. As such technologies become more sophisticated and different industries integrate their use, the systems are reaching impressive breakthroughs and are quickly gaining in popularity.
